1. What does gathering requirements mean?

Gathering requirements is the process of researching and documenting a project’s requirement from start to finish. It is one of the most important step in any projects and it is crucial for project members to gather information efficiently and effectively.

2. What requirements does a life insurance agent require?

A life insurance agent requires a lot of preparation and professional knowledge. To be a successful insurance agent, an agent always needs to be prepared and keeping in mind what their client’s needs. Knowing your information would properly guide you in helping the client know the benefits of the products. Selling a product becomes much easier when the client knows and trusts the benefits attached to the agreements. To add on, the sales also becomes easier when the clients feels a sense of safety and security from the agents towards the client and their family. It is required that life insurance agents are knowledgeable and well-conversed as they are leading factors to gaining customers.

3. How do we build an office presence and what requirements are needed?

To build an office presence, we need to make sure that everything is working both inclusively and exclusively. Requirements can start from just building a small diverse team who are able to work together to something big like finding office space. I think the number one factor to building an office presence is staying authentic and connecting on a personal level with everyone. With that in mind, it can help develop a vision for the future of the brand.
