David: Month 2 - Growth

It has been officially 2 months working at InsuredTY and I think I have grown a lot in terms of content creation, blogging, and developing new skills.

1) Visual: How does our IG, Youtube work drive growth?

We create contents on our IG and Youtube to increase engagement and reach our customers by providing information they need to know about life insurance and also the giveaways we host increase followers and likes on Instagram, this tactic is to attract and keep customers.

2) Content: How will your blogs, whitepapers, brochures, diagrams drive growth?

Our blogs, whitepapers, brochures, diagrams educate our customers on life insurance and provide additional information on different areas in NYC. By providing content to our customers, it will drive us to grow out of just life insurance and provide our customers with care, paid, and remembering work blogs.

3) Ads: How will Linkedin Ads, FB ads, email ads help us get users?

I think having an attractive ad will make users click into our ad and learn more about what we can provide for them. An attractive and detailed ad will help us get users.

4) In Person: Side Hustle Saturday is our main idea to get in-person growth. How will we attract, engage, and delight our side hustle attendees and the people they reach?

We will attract our side hustle attendees by paying them on Saturday and food after, engage them with writing blogs, and educating leads about life insurance via email, and the delight stage is when the leads respond to the email and would want to learn more. To attract the people they reach by providing information and benefits on life insurance, engage them by setting up a call with Tim to talk about the next steps, and the delight stage is when the leads buy life insurance from Tim.

5) You! How will you drive growth in Month 2?

In Month 2, I will drive growth by learning how to get our first users and start using the SDLC method on getting our users and successfully close a policy at the end.
