David - Week 4: Month #1 at InsuredTY

It has been 1 month into my internship and I have learned a lot about research, blogging, and user testing.

1) Attract: How are you attracting users to InsuredTY?

I attracted users to InsuredTY by creating our product remembering board and host a zoom session to do user testing on our remembering board.

2) Engage: How are you engaged consumers who want to learn more?

To engage my customers, I write blog posts about paid, care, and remembering work, focused on mostly Brooklyn. I also write blogs about my internship to keep my consumers updated on what I have learned and the skills I acquired so far.

3) Delight: How are you delighting customers?

We hosted a zoom session on our remembering board to do giveaways and we will also host contests, free webinars, and virtual lunch.
