Visual ads that appeal to me are good designs, headlines that capture me especially with offers, deals, or giveaways.

3) In Person: What do we send to our SHS contacts? Which style works best and why?

I think we need to send brochures, but since a lot of people we are hiring might not be in NYC or even know them in person. I suggest giving them virtual brochures. I think online via zoom is the best way because of social distancing and not a lot of people can come out in person.
