“An acronym that stands for Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement. It is defined as the most advantageous alternative that a negotiating party can take if negotiations fail and an agreement cannot be made.”

4) How much my friends are making?

Typically, my friends are making $18 to $22 and their job ranges from regular part-time job to internships. Most of the bigger companies pay more to their employees.
