Week One Internship Overview + Hubspot

Hi, My name is Payton Donnan, and I am a current Intern at InsuredTY. I wanted to take a few minutes to reflect on my first week and a half at InsuredTY and my recent completion of the Hubspot “Inbound Marketing Course.”

I want to thank Mr. Yang for providing me with this excellent opportunity to jump-start my professional career. Through his teachings, I have been learning a lot about life insurance, and I have been working on other digital marketing skills such as website management, youtube marketing, etc. Overall I am happy working at InsuredTY because Mr.Yang truly makes interns like myself feel important by asking for our opinions on certain matters and giving us a seat at the table during the creation of this great firm. Thank you, Mr.Yang!

Secondly, I wanted to do a brief overview of the course “Inbound Marketing Course” that I recently completed on Hubspot. This course was extremely useful in cementing my previous knowledge in the marketing field and teaching me essential statistics relating to various statistics relating to different social media sites to determine which medium would be the most effective for this firm.

I am looking forward to spending the next few weeks working with everyone here at the InsuredTY team.
