Why Term Life Insurance with InsuredTY? Intern Email Marketing Kickoff

1) How does Life Insurance serve your community?

Phap: Life insurance serves my community because it gives my community the safety and financial stability for the future. As a community, it is important to always be prepared and take care of one another. Life insurance is a good way to ensure protection for loved ones.

Ethan: Life insurance is an investment, but not like any investment. Most investments involve risk and reward, but life insurance serves as a safe way to protect your family at a fair cost. Life insurance serves my community because many young people are unaware of Term-life insurance and the low monthly premiums. The younger you start life insurance, the cheaper it is.

Kareena: Life Insurance helps the people in my community feel confident about their investments and about the future of their families. In addition to helping an insured individual feel confident, Life Insurance can help prevent families within my community from going into poverty. The death of a person, who may have been the mainstream of income, could place a strain on household members to become financially unstable. However, with Life Insurance, there is a source of support that replaces that missing income providing families with the money they need.

2) How did you Market across Channels? Email, Social Media, Text Marketing

Phap: Email and social media marketing generates results by finding potential leads. After finding potential leads, it could possibly turn into life long customers. Generating customers takes time, and patience is key.

Kareena: On my first day at InsuredTY, I was given the task of reaching out to my contacts utilizing email and social media marketing. After gathering my contacts, I drafted an email that concisely described InsuredTY and what the company's goal was. I eventually received feedback from 2 people, one referring me to a member of a local organization and another who was interested in learning more about InsuredTY. In addition to email marketing, I crafted a social media post that had a graphic of the main highlights of the company and a friendly description advocating what the post was about. As a result, I received 5 reactions.

Ethan: On LinkedIn, my post has 195 views in just an hour. I have heard back from three peers on email and they told me they would talk to their parents about Term-life Insurance and get back to me. I’ve been texting with my sister and she said she will give feedback on the newlyweds site when she is done working

3) How will you drive Revenue Growth at InsuredTY?

Phap: I will grow our startup by helping with email and social media marketing. I will also help grow our startup by working on finance information for life insurance. I want to be an actuary when I graduate and would love to give back my skills.

Kareena:  I plan to grow InsuredTY by connecting with people and contacting them using email marketing and social media. I believe that making an extra effort into connecting and meeting new people is what builds a startup as they are our consumers. As a startup, it is essential to invest twice as much in the consumers as they do in us to build a strong customer base.

Ethan: I will put in my best work to bring in clients by sending emails, posting on social media, sending texts and doing anything that InsuredTY needs me to do. I believe my interpersonal communication skills and customer service experience can help this startup grow.
