David - Week 3: Product: Remembering at InsuredTY

1) What is Remembering? Why is it important?

Remembering is something important you need to remember to do, but not urgent. For example, applying for financial aid, pay credit card bills, savings, buying life insurance, and more. It is important because these are work that most people have to remember to do in their life, so we created a “remembering product” for our users to remind them of their care, paid, and remembering work.

2) What did I do to build a Remembering product?

We had to research and conduct interviews asking our users about their care, paid, and remembering work. Then, we decided to create a “remembering board” using Trello. To test our product, we hosted a zoom session on our “remembering broad” asking our users to try out the product.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
