1) Planning: How do I plan my work?

I plan my work by using the Trello board we have at InsuredTy and gathering requirements for my tasks to be done for the next shift.

2) Requirements: Why is gathering requirements important?

I think gathering requirements is important because it keeps us organized and able to finish my task on time.

3) Design: What design steps do I take?

Looking for graphics for our blogs and helped design our remembering board.

4) Doing: How do I work effectively?

I work effectively by time managing myself on each task I have to complete and making sure I finish my task on or before the time that I setup.

5) Testing. The most important part. What skills do I need to grow to test and publish professional-grade work?

The skills I need are writing, communication, detail-oriented, and adaptability skills.
